    What are the payment modes available with ZeeQue Exchange?

    In accordance with SBP regulations, transfers under $2,000 and equivalent can be paid for in cash and banking channels (Cross Cheque, RTGS, Online Transfer, Pay Order) must be used for payment of transfers above $2,000.

    Can I perform transactions online with ZeeQue Exchange?

    Currently, the State Bank of Pakistan does not allow us to serve our customers online. All customers must visit ZQEC’s outlets to execute their respective transactions.

    Can businesses transact with ZeeQue Exchange?

    No, only individuals can use ZQEC’s services. The State Bank of Pakistan does not allow exchange companies to transact with commercial businesses.

    Is there a maximum limit for transferring funds abroad?

    Yes, as per current regulations, there is a maximum daily limit of $10,000 for transferring funds abroad and an annual limit of $100,000 or equivalent per calendar year. 

    What are the charges associated with the transfer?

    The charges for the transfer include a flat fee of PKR 6500, which covers the bank charges. We pass on our discounted bank charges rate to our customers. Other FIs usually charge more.

    Yes, we have an extensive global network that allows you to transfer funds to almost all countries in the world other than those blacklisted by the FATF. Eg. North Korea, Iran, Syria  etc.
